RETURNS AND REFUNDS We will exchange goods, despatch replacements or refund your payment provided
the original goods are returned to us as sold within 30 days of receipt. Please contact us on +44
(0)1929 426685 or via e-mail at swanage@macrow.com prior to returning goods for our returns
procedure and also to obtain a returns reference number.
CREDIT CARD DETAILS Your credit card details are accessed and stored by Protx - a secure third-party
online payment company using encrypted information on a secure server. Authorisation of credit card
payments is provided by Streamline, a division of NatWest.
